Purpose:

This project will bring together representatives from across the country to engage and develop a process, and plan for the future of Canada's academic health sciences centres. Specifically, funding will support the creation of a national task force to conduct work on behalf of the Association of Canadian Academic Healthcare Organizations (ACAHO) membership. The task force will include up to 15 members from across the country whose overall aim will be to provide the larger membership organizations a comprehensive report with considerations and recommendations of what the future roles and responsibilities of Canada's academic health sciences centres should be.
