Purpose:

The three main objectives of this project are: to educate immigrant communities on the dangers of tobacco use; protect non-smokers, namely babies, children and pregnant women, from the negative impact of second-hand smoke; and to prevent foreign-born and Canadian-born youth from starting to use tobacco. Targeted communities may include Korean, Vietnamese, and Filipino.
